Easy to use and saves me money
I've been a customer of this product for several years and a customer of LD Products also.

I was shocked!
I was scared, at first because of the reviews that i read, but it was really easy, it was not messy

I found that the product was easy to use.
It was easy to refill my cartridge with ink and I only got a little ink on one finger. There is enough ink to refill the cartridge several more times.

Not for Me
This seems like a good product but it didn't work for me. When I was injecting the ink, no matter how slow I went, it came out the bottom of the cartridge. I ended up purchasing a new cartridge at Walmart.

I really tried
I watched the video online how to do this even before I bought it. I am very handy and have no problem with putting things together and following directions but the ink lasted fine for a day and then my printer rejected it and kept saying "check ink". I used the instant online help from LD and it did not help. I feel silly that I thought I could save money doing this. Back to regular cartridge purchase. It left a sour taste in my mouth from even buying from here.

Awesome refill kit
I have used refill kits in the past. This was one of the easiest kits to use. I am very pleased at the quality of print. No mess, leaks or spills. I home school and we use alot of ink. The refill kit works out great.

Works, but difficult and messy.
I thought I was ordering inkjet cartridges. Imagine my surprise when I received refill kits! Nevertheless, I went ahead and tried them. The process was difficult - especially widening the holes to admit the syringe needle. I finally managed to add the specified amount of ink, only to find that most of it leaked out onto my table. Messy! The trouble with specifying an amount to be added is that you don't know how much residual ink is still in the cartridge.
Bottom Line: My Canon printer accepted the refilled cartridge!
But next time I'll order cartridges, not refill kits.
