It works!
Just received product and refilled my almost empty color cartridges. Instructions were not really good but I figured it out eventually. Experience does help to prevent spillage but just prepare for it and you'll have no problem. Wear the gloves the first time you do it.

Don't buy this product
The directions on how to refill a cartridge are not clear enough, so I had to go online and watch a you-tube video of how to refill my cartridge which was very good. But, the ink leaked out into the refill clip and then when I blotted the nozzle with tissue it never stopped leaking. My cartridge had been empty to start with and I put only the amount of ink that they said to put in. Then it leaked all over my printer. And today I got a message that my ink was out so it only lasted 1 week. This was a total waste of my money and time.

This takes all the stress out of printing.
I thought refilling was a fool's errand. I figured it would only be a matter of time before a refilled cartridge trashed my machine. Well, 3 years later I am a complete convert. I am so good at it now that I don't even bother to wear gloves. It can be nerve wracking the first time, so... put lots of paper down and wear the gloves. If the rubber stopper does not go in nice and tight I just use tape over the hole. I have seen one person use a hot glue gun.. the glue pops right out with a pin down the road. This product is for the kind of person who has some remedial common sense.

love the refills
love the alternative to paying for individual cartridges by getting these refills. The only downside is that the chips will not reset. For that, I keep old cartridges and swap them out each time I use the refills so that the machine is tricked into thinking it has a new cartridge/chip.

Worst Purchase Ever!
Thought I would save money by buying a do it yourself refill kit. Don't waste your time and money on this product. Luckily my printer was not permanently damaged after a plug came out and got stuck inside, the paper jammed up and the cartridges leaked the ink out. I will go back to ordering the individual replacement cartridges.

Consistency
I have been a customer of LD products for several years now and have continue as a customer because of the consistent quality and value I recieve with their products. I have never had a problem with cartridges or other products I've purchased and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family, friends, and colleagues.

Money
I do extensive picture printing. I have been using this product for years. It saved me enough money to buy new printer last year! I still use the refill ink for the new printer!

Very difficult
When you decipher the lengthy instructions written small enough for the head of a pin, you notice they recommend weary latex gloves.... duh... after 20 minutes I gave up and spent another 20 cleaning up.
