Great Product
This has saved me SO MUCH on ink cartridges. It's best to "top off" the cartridges rather than have them run out of ink. I don't worry about my fingers occasionally getting a little ink on them, big deal, washes off with soap. I SLOWLY fill each ink well until full to the top, then wick the puddle with tissue & wipe top of cartridge clean. You can remove and reuse original sticker with a straight razor blade, just make sure air channel grooves aren't blocked. Always wash syringe tips after use. Black refills work just as good.

Good product, easy to use
Having video instructions for using the product is excellent--shows just how to do each step clearly. Certainly saves money over buying new cartridge each time.

I dislike this product very much.
The needle was broke off inside the magenta color and it was a mess. I opened the box and wound up ruining my shirt I was wearing and got it all over my hands and I can't get it out.

Good value
Follow instructions very carefully to avoid wasting ink. Size of cartridge is important, don't overdue it to avoid waste. Instructions should be in larger print.
