Always reliable
Since finding LD ink, I've never purchased cartridges from a store since.Can't beat the price or the fast delivery of orders. I've recommended this company to everyone that has a printer including company's of people I know. Everyone raves..I even bought a couple refill kits incase I ever run out and need it in an emergency since I have a college student living with me and does print out his reports..Keep up the great prices and friendly services and I'll remain a loyal customer. this product is only fair in regards to color
not really impressed with the color quality, but have found this the problem with most of the remanufactured color products. for my use it is fine.

cartridges did not work
The cartridges were not accepted by the canon printer; I had to go to Staples to by Canon cartridges. This is the first time this has happened. It also happened on my Epson order. 4 black cartridges did not work and I had to go to Staples to buy Epson cartridges which did work. I am very disappointed with LD and with the wasted money I spent buying the cartridges.

don't plan to shop anywhere else for ink
i have been a customer of LD PRODUCTS for at least 8-10 years and i have always been totally satisfied with the process, product, and fast shipping. the fact that they will exchange ink purchased with other ink needed if you replace a printer has been extremely useful to me. i had one printer that died of old age and another that was more expensive to repair than to purchase a new one. the ink swap was terrific in my case.

It all depends...
Without having been able to go to the internet and seek advice on what to do about an error code I received after installing the rebuilt ink refill in my Canon printer, I would have been stuck and unable to use the remanufactured cartridge. So how good this product is all depends on many variables and one's willingness to research to get around the apparent built-in resistance of my Canon printer driver to sense that my rebuilt was not a OEM cartridge, but a rebuilt cartridge instead. I'm an ex computer engineer, so I got around that problem but it didn't exactly make my day. :)
