Product shipped well and I am satisfied with use

Low cost, good performance, first rate support.
I did not open this toner until about 6 months after receiving it and was dissappointed with the performance.
I called LD and their response was first rate: They immediately shipped a replacement from a new batch and mailer to return the bad cartridge. I have been using this for several months now and it's every bit as good as the Dell product. I usually print about 10 pages/day and I've just ordered a spare as I guess it's going to run out eventually!
Only issue is that Dell 1100 does not monitor the toner level.

I've been using this product for (4) four plus years with following results:
A. Super cost saving, I always order the amount that will save on monies and the shipping.
B. Performance excellent!
C. The Dell 1110 is running without a hitch and page per cartridge is in the plus 1500 range.
D. I do recommend LD Products to all my friends

not as long lasting
I had the old Dell cartridge for 9 months in my office before it ran out and it had been on a home computer for 3 years prior to being moved to my office. The refurbished cartridge that I bought only lasted 3 months before it started running out under the same use pattern as the Dell cartridge

GOOD VALUE USED FOR YEARS
I HAVE ORDERED AND USED THIS PRODUCT MANY TIMES AND NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THE QUALITY IS GOOD AND THE CARTRIDGES LAST FOR A LONG TIME.

Direct replacemnet
From what I read on the Internet, it's hard to find replacement toner cartridges for the Dell 1110 Laser Printer that correctly report the toner level. These work fine.
