At 60 percent less cost than the Dell brand, I was skeptical of these non-Dell cartridges, especially after reading some negative reviews. But it seemed ridiculous to again buy the Dell brand at their steep prices which they try to lock you into with their inexpensive yet good quality printers.
So a year ago I bought a black refill kit (and a color refill kit) which cost much less than this non-Dell cartridge I'm reviewing. These worked somewhat, but required extra effort, were messy, and after 2 of the promised 8 refills, the old Dell cartridges dried up too much to be restored by the wet paper towel process (which by the way wastes much ink#. You see, the cartridge refill was not detected by the printer, so it reported as still empty by my printer. I ignored this because I refilled the cartridge and the printer worked. But when it ultimately did run low, I did not believe it and the cartridge dried out too much.
So I decided to try these LD alternative cartridges. And to get free shipping, I bought 4 #2 color, 2 black).
They arrived looking like a Dell cartridge with the pull-off seal tape and installation was a snap, literally because of how they click into my Dell All-In-One 942 printer. A quick test printing proved they work perfectly.
And to my surprise, this color non-Dell cartridge is actually detected by my Dell printer as being FULL. Yea! However, the black cartridge still shows empty. No biggy though.
In the future, if they malfunction, I will update this review or write another one.
Bottom Line: Give this LD cartridge a try. You will most likely like it and save significant money in the process. And if you don't like it, there's apparantly a good warranty and good customer service.

I have purchased this product several times in the past from LDProducts and find it very good, low priced, quality item. I would recommend this item.

Does not last as long as Dell cartridges.
Dell cartridges last an average of 6 months, LD only 2-3 months (for me, anyway).

Excellent Product
The product was delivered quickly but the cartridge had leaked out into the plastic bag. I called and customer support was very professional and immediately sent out another replacement. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again. Thanks.

Does not print properly, it prints like it's running out of ink, it skips, goes from light to dark.

Good Value
I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and longevity of the cartridge. Also, I like saving money over the brand name and this seemed to last longer.

The Quality and value are great
There only one thing that is wrong with the product is that my computer always tells me that I have no ink and I have to make sure that I extra refill handy.
