Too early to tell
In the main, LD products and their service is quite satisfactory. However, since I buy 3 or more quantities in advance, sometimes the product for what ever reason will not work and I have to send them back. Is this because LD doesn't use the same vendor? But aside from the "reliability factor" LD products stand behind their low cost product which has provided me with usually very satisfactory experience

not able to get this product to work
I put the cartridge in but my printer will not seem to print. It give me an error telling me to use the brand name cartridges.

Haven't any problems with them so far
I have been very happy with the performance of refurbished ink cartridges.

Dissappointed
Purchased 2 black ink. Installed first one but couldnt print. Did head cleaning and still couldn't print. Did another 2 head cleaning and still couldn't print. Can't do another head cleaning coz black ink run out. Didn't print a single page. Installed the second cartridge, it is doing the same thing as the first one!
