Good Product
Haven't used them yet, but can attest from previous purchase that this product works very well .

Not very good
These cartridges take a lot of "Cleaning" to get primed. By the time they are ready to print they are 2/3rds empty.
Their yield is low, the color space does not come even close to original Epson.
They also seem to dry very quickly when not used frequently.

I am on the second replacement cartridge in a week
The second cartridge still creates an error message. The message is that the printer cannot recognize the cartridge. Whatever you are doing is not working. I had no problem with your cartridge after an initial snag with I started using LD products. It looks like I am back to square one after two years with no problems. What gives with your production?

Great ink
Works great for every day printing,and for photos.Much less expensive than name brand inks.I've used this ink in my HP &Epson printers for years and never had a problem.

exemplary customer service
I haven't used the color cartridges I bought yet because they were in bad shape when they arrived. I contacted the company and they were as gracious as could be and immediately sent replacements and postage to return the defective ones. I have used the black ink in the past and it was great. This company has won a long-term customer by their great customer service.
