Generally good quality. New cartridge not yet in
I am generally pleased with toner cartridges from LD Products. I have not yet installed the new cartridge as the current one is still functional. My only concern is that the ink in my current cartridge does not seem as dark as a new HP cartridge. Not sure why this is. The current cartridge has performed just fine and without fail. I would continue to purchase cartridges from LD Products.

Does the job!
The cartridge lasted 8 months. This is not our main printer but I would say the cartridge is equivalent to the OE HP cartridge.

This cartridge lasts a long time!
This is the third time I have ordered this cartridge from you, and I have been 100% happy every time. I always keep a back-up cartridge on hand in case one would be defective, but it's never happened. The cartridge sits on my shelf for about a year and when I need to use it, it works for about another year. No problems and yet it's about half retail price!

Double box?
Box arrived battered but toner itself was very well protected from buffeting.
Have not used it yet but previous toner from this vendor has been fine.
Not the cheapest alternative but who wants to take a chance on a bad product?

Excellent Product and Service
Our home based business has been using LD Products for a couple of years. The toner cartridges arrive before we expect them. The refilled cartridges have never given us any problem on our HP LaserJet Printers. We highly recommend LD Products for quality and servide.

Great alternative to high price store cartridges
LD provides a good product at a reasonable price. Service is excellent. We have 4 units that we purchase cartridges for. We have done business with LD for several years and only experienced one product problem which they resolved immediately. Highly recommended seller.
