The product is supurb!
I purchase as many of my office printer supplies from this company on a weekly basis as needed. I buy on average 5 to 10 toners a month. I have 32 different printers throughout our main office and are not all the same brand. I usually always find what I'm looking for when I buy from this company. I know that I can count on the product to be superior in quality, the packaging is always received in excellent condition and there is never a question of reliability. The number of copies the refurbished toner cartridges state they will produce they do, and the price is by far the best value out there. I highly recommend this company for your toner needs.

No Problems
We have been using this cartridge for several years. . . . Have looked around and find this is the best price and the quality has always been consistently great. Laser quality is a requirement since we are using it for legal recorded documents.

Product going down in quality.
We've ordered over 75 of these units from here on several occassions and the ordering, shipping and price have been good. The product though has been steadly getting worse in quality. Leaky, not lasting in quality print. Our last order was for 3 units, all three had a problem out of the box.
Time to look around for a new supplier.
