Toner is way too light
I have purchased this product in the past.
I inserted the cartridge and printing is way too light, to be acceptable.
I would like a refund for my purchase.

The product refurbished but was perfect!
Even though the item was refurbished....it works and lasts like brand new. I've been buying this for over 8 years and have never had a problem. Great deal, too!!

Works Great!
I have an IT company in Belize, and I only sell LD products when it comes to inks and toners. Due to the high cost of OEM products here, LD products is a wonderful alternative. My customers are satisfied, so I'm satisfied. Keep up the good work guys!

Good value for the money.
I have had good service from a previous remanufactured cartridge of this type from LD. The price is much lower than a new HP and I have not seen any difference in performance from OEM HP cartridges I previously have used.

Consistant Quality
I've used LD Products for several years now. Very easy to order, product is always shipped and received on time and what can I say about the Savings? Awesome! 60% less than major office suppliers. 25% less than local cartridge recyclers. 'Nuff said!

Work Great... Fully Backed
These cartridges are a great value. I've been buying toner from LDproducts for a few years without problems. A few months ago, I inserted a new cartridge into my printer and something went terribly wrong. I couldn't risk running another copy with the cartridge, so I called customer support. They shipped a replacement cartridge out same day with a return label. Imagine, I didn't have to give my CC or return the bad cartridge before I had the replacement.
This was the first time I had a problem and there was no hassle getting it fixed.
