Excellent product. Instructions adequate.
Chances of spill are minimal. Great design. Make sure you go slow when inserting ink into cartridge and process will go great. Once the cartridge is filled, I just take everything to the sink, take apart rubber piece from plastic holder and wash both until excess ink has been removed and store for next use.

Not completely convinced yet
This is our first time trying to refill our HP cartridges. I have refilled the black one twice now and not any of the colored ones yet. The directions are clear and easy to follow. Pretty easy to do the refill. The first refill didn't seem to last very long so I tried to do the second refill a bit more and it did overflow. When using a refilled cartridge, the HP monitor registers that cartridge as empty so you get no warning of a low volume. You just all the sudden get poor printing. This is a downside. And I haven't yet decided if it is really much less expensive. I need to see how long the refills are going to last. So the jury is still out....

LD keeps coming through
I havebeen refiling cartriges for years with LD products and this was the most simple yet. I even filled one that was emty for two weeks (not recomended) and it worked fine.

Very easy to use and great quality
This is the easiest refill kit I have used to date. Refilling process was simple and not too messy. Quality was indistinguishable from the original.
Only drawback in refilling is that you lose the ink level indicator because you cannot reset the chip. Considering the massive saving you are making, I consider that this is a very minor inconvenience and I would wholeheartedly recommend this product.

I think that the method of refill is one of the best, It makes the refill easy to do ND IF YOU FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IT CVAN BE A CLEAN TRANSFER
