Excellent product. Instructions adequate.
Chances of spill are minimal. Great design. Make sure you go slow when inserting ink into cartridge and process will go great. Once the cartridge is filled, I just take everything to the sink, take apart rubber piece from plastic holder and wash both until excess ink has been removed and store for next use.

Disappointed
I was very excited to find this refill kit considering what a great price it was but when I refilled my HP ink cartridges an alert popped up on the printer screen saying that counterfeit ink was used, my warranty is void if I use counterfeit ink & that my print head needed servicing. I took the refilled cartridges out of the printer, installed brand new HP cartridges & now the printer is working fine with no warnings popping up. I'm not too concerned with my warranty being voided since the printer is over a year old but I am concerned that I'm being told my print head needs servicing & that I'm using counterfeit ink. I don't care if the ink is not HP as long as the quality of what I print doesn't change but using this ink made the printer stop printing correctly. I have another HP printer for large format which is less than a year old & I'm afraid to use the refill kit on that & screw up my warranty.

I am very pleased with the ink refill kit I ordered from LD Products.
Not only is there a good volume of ink supplied but the method of
refilling the cartridges is vastly improved with the supplied stand and re-inking device. The instructions are straight forward and simple to follow, my kind of guide lines. LD seems to keep on top of things and that is why I keep reordering from them.

Good quality refill ink but expensive than others
These HP 564 refill inks was Good prints quality shows.
The Cost of these inks were higher than other company's refill ink.

Good value and good quality
Much cheaper than the official HP product. Only drawback is that the cartridge will show as empty way before it is - but this is a very minor inconvenience considering the savings.

First time refill kit Great product
Was skeptical about the refill kit as the last one I tried used syringes and created a mess.
This system is a no brainier that is if you follow the instructions.
I have been using LD inks for a long time and have had excellent results (Text and Photo).
The product was shipped quicker than I expected ordered on Monday received on Wednesday.
I recommend LD inks to anyone looking for a quality product with an excellent price and quick shipping.

Easiest refill kit ever
I am so thankful for the new type refill kits available for my eprinter. The ease with which the ink is transferable is nearly magic. Compared to the old syringe transfer, this is a snap. Thank you LP for offering it. Saves me a bundle of $$$ and clean-up is nil compared to old type refill kits. This means more prints for the buck. I just wish there was a reset button that printer recognized as a new or full cartridge.
