Good. Fast. Convenient.
I am very pleased with the quality of the ink and cartridge. The shipping was very fast which makes it so convenient! No more forgetting to pick up ink while at the store, then making special trip back to store, find a parking spot, fight the masses of shoppers and hope they have the cartridge in stock. As soon as I am running low on ink, I simply make my purchase online and receive my order in 2 days. Couldn't be easier.

We didn't pay for express, but the standard delivery had our new ink here in a matter of days. The cartridge worked perfect first run, so far so good.

Remanufactured HP27 - Black Ink for OfficeJet 4315
I ordered 3 remanufactured black ink cartridges for my HP printer since they were less than $10 each with free shipping. When I opened the first cartridge it didn't work, it wasn't printing well. I called customer service and they walked me through cleaning my machine (which I never knew to do) and cleaning the cartridge. Attempts to remedy did not work. By the way, I've had this same issues when I've taken old cartridges to Walgreens to have them refilled. He said he would mail me a new one and sent me a pre-paid return envelope for the bad cartridge. It arrived within 3 days and I can say that I would definitely order from LD Products again!

Cartridge Error
I ordered 2 cartridges from your company. The color cartridge works fine but the black constantly reads as a cartridge error. I have confirmed all is well on my side so the problem is definately the cartridge itself. Needs to be replaced.
