Problem
HP564XL Magenta cartridge streaks. Tried all the tricks and never could cure the streaking. Order nr 6388079A.

Disappointed
First time I've been disappointed by a product from here. The printer would not recognize this cartridge was installed. I had to reinstall it a few times and run the print head cleaner several times before it finally worked. This makes me hesitate purchasing additional cartridges if I run into the same situation in the future.

I do like the chip.
You are supposed to have a record on your computer that shows you owe me a pink ink cart-rage,as the one I bought before was almost empty. Now I just bought another one ,and you did not give me credit. I do not expect full credit, as there was about 1/4 in the one in dispute.
