Excellent custuomer service
First cartridge would not work at all after several tries. (I suspect it was mislabeled). The second one promptly shipped and is A+ 100 :)

Nice colors, work great.
I used this cartridge already and so far is working as good as original, even considering my printer is about fifteen years old. None of the local refilling places I had use gave good results, been using it for about a month, good product.

Poor Quality Control
I've been a long term customer of LD with occasional bad product but this experience was very bad. LD shipped 3 different cartridges and all three had bad chips and would not work. They were great to work with and they gave me a full refund but very frustrating. Ended up buying a new HP cartridge from Office Max that worked fine.

Not enough Ink
I ordered this product in June of 2011. And had to order another in November of 2011 good product, but not enough ink.
