Page Yield is an approximation of the number of standard pages that can be printed with one cartridge, usually measured at 5% page coverage. 5% coverage is a standard 8.5 x 11 inch page with a light letterhead, address and three paragraphs of text double spaced. If you print mixed text and graphics or WebPages your page coverage is closer to 15% and therefore the number of pages printed with each cartridge will be less. If you are printing photos your page coverage is close to 100% and the number of printed photos will be much less than the amount the number of pages you would be able to print if you were just printing standard text documents. Great Product I have purchased 4 of these toners and have been totally satisfied with the printing quality. I prepare tax returns. One toner cartridge was defective and the representative asked me to return it to them for an exchange and that toner worked great also. I will be ordering 3 more today. June 29, 2012

Fits differently in printer This cartridge does not allow the cover of the printer to close all the way when inserted, but it does print and the price is right so we will assess it as to how long it lasts etc. It is rated to fit our HP 4014n printer so don't know why it has this strange slight problem.
