The shipping was really fast, I received my order within 2 days of order. My computer is a regular printer (not ink jet). The ink I ordered was for an injet, yet compatible with regular printers. The pictures turned out perfect. I am very happy I found this site for all my printer needs.

LEAKY
WHEN OPENED AND REMOVING SILVER TAPE INK CAME OUT OF TOP AND BOTTOM OF CARTRIDGE ALL OVER FLOOR AND DESK. I WAS ABLE TO CLEAN OFF CARTRIDGE AND THEY SEEM TO WORK. TOP OP CARTRIDGE IS OPEN NO COVER OR PLUG? I DID CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND I JUST WANTED THEM TO KNOW SO IT WOULDN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.

good product and excellent value
I ordered single cartridges previously to see if they would work well. I was pleased that they worked like the factory cartridges
and at a fraction of the cost. So I reordered in bulk and saved even more. Service was fast and correct. No problems so far.

Meets expectations
I was low on ink and didn't have funds to go to the big box store to get ink, but saw the LD ad and decided to try it out. I will probably never go to the big box stores again for ink. The quality is great and the price is even better.
