There is no difference
I am a Graphic Designer, My wife is painter. I print same picture on same paper. I was not able to tell any difference, My wife was sure she can (Because of price) She could not find anything either. Even if you find some difference some part of picture hard to tell which one is better.
As you guess result is I save a lot, I was reject some jobs before because of cost. I print background color and a lot of pictures for this reason Y and M print less than 1000, so I can not tell anything about their last long.

Surprised
Buying OEM toner is always painful due to the high cost per page. This product has allowed me to adjust my prices downward and still make an acceptable margin. I haven't noticed any difference in quality or quantity of pages produced from OEM toner.
