Page Yield is an approximation of the number of standard pages that can be printed with one cartridge, usually measured at 5% page coverage. 5% coverage is a standard 8.5 x 11 inch page with a light letterhead, address and three paragraphs of text double spaced. If you print mixed text and graphics or WebPages your page coverage is closer to 15% and therefore the number of pages printed with each cartridge will be less. If you are printing photos your page coverage is close to 100% and the number of printed photos will be much less than the amount the number of pages you would be able to print if you were just printing standard text documents. Dear Sir: I regret to inform you that the total of 6 products that I bought from your company turned out to be a waste of my money. I now have a printer that does not work and the technician who charged me $105.00 to inspect it has told me that the Konica Minolta 1600W does not work because I am using generic cartridges. The first black cartridge toner that I bought for my Samsung works but the print is so light that I can just about read it. Terrible printing. I was hopeful that your products were going to save me some money but instead it appears I made a bad decision. If you care to help me that would be great; otherwise I will probably need to buy a new printer because the cost of 4 cartridges would exceed the cost of a good printer for home use. Sorry. It appears to be a los, lose situation for both of us. Thank for taking the time to read my comments. April 24, 2011
