For the first time, it worked ok out of the box!
Still inking properly with good color. Okay so far for this upgraded product!

A good value
Easy installation and printed well. A problem did appear with use of the cartridge: The Lexmark printer does not register the amount of ink in the refilled cartridge

Unfortunately this product was not compatable...
We had problems with the printer reading that it was low on ink even though we just put in a new cartridge. Also, the printer would say that it needed a new cartridge and when taking it out it still had ink in it.

Printer does not recognize.
Had a very hard time getting the printer to recognize, but still does not print color. Had to take out chip and reinstall, and take down. Extremely messy, leaked.

Normally they work but not the latest shipment
I've had 2 cartridges not work in my printer. Had to order new ones so it cost me twice as much.

not good quality chip
after 3 orders cartridge STILL shows LOW INK on my printer, it is NEW catridge!!!!!

Jury is still out.
During my previous use of LD ink, my printhead went bad. The manufacturer replaced the printhead and ink which I have been using. I recently installed a black LD pack and so far, so good. I am hoping it was just a fluke failure.

High quality yield but be careful removing cap!
I was quite satisfied with the Lexmark compatible Ink cartriges. This is the only place I was able to find Lexmark compatible cartriges. The quality of the color copies is excellent. The only thing I would caution customers about is removing the ink cartrige cap. On one of the cartriges, the ink srayed and spilled as I removed the cap coating my fingers and desk with ink. It was a bit disconcering to have blue fingers for several days. The price of the cartriges is fantastic. Big selling point in that the Lexmark Cartriges are very expensive.
