always great
about the third time i have ordered from LDProducts. Always fast shipping and a great product...my color printer has been chugging along with their toners for over a year or more and it produces great color and coverage.

Some problems, but still worth the money
From time to time I get a bum cartridge that smears, but great customer services always replaces with a new one if I send the old one back. Just wish they'd pay for shipping back too!
