I use the At-a-Glance weekly/monthly appointment book for both personal and business appointments. I would be lost without it! I prefer hard copy to doing this on a hand-held or computer. I love the QuickNotes column to organize priorities for the week. I wish there were a way to transfer contacts each year. I now print out the pages from a Word document and tape them in on the contact pages. I also wish the cover came in colors. I used to get a different version and would get a different color each year: a nice change and easy to identify this year/next year when I'm carrying both in the latter months of a year. However, this one only comes in black.

I am happy enough with the format and organization that I keep on ordering the black, black, black each year!

The worst thing about the weekly/monthly appointment book is the full page showing the month at the beginning of the month. It interrupts the daily-weekly flow. Put those full-month pages in a separate part of the book.
The second worst thing is that the pocket in the back is now made out of paper, which tears. You used to make it out of plastic, which is more durable.
the third worst thing is that you do not have tear-off tabs in the top corner of the page so that you can easily open to the current week. I have to cut it with a scissors.
The fourth worst thing is that you asked for consumer feedback a few years ago, which I provided, and it was never even acknowledged. I'll be looking to buy a different product for 2016.

Pros

  • Attractive Design
  • Has 15 Minute Increments

  • Sufficient Writing Space

Cons

  • Can't Transfer To New One

Best Uses

  • Daily Appointments
  • Lesson Book
  • Staying Organized

Comments about At-A-Glance QuickNotes Weekly and Monthly Planner:

I actually use this for both personal and business use. I am a golf instructor and keep my lesson appointments in this book, as well as student contact info. I know I should keep a digital calendar but there is something about having it right in front of me in black and white that I just can't give up. I also use it a lot for keeping my 3 kids schedules (doctor appointments, lessons, pick-up times, etc.) I only wish I could transfer certain pages to the new year's version without transcribing it all. I keep birthdays and a chore schedule at the beginning, as well as all doctor and school info, which I would love to copy over to the new book without writing it each year.

Comments about At-A-Glance QuickNotes Weekly and Monthly Planner:

For several years I've asked that this product begin the week on Sunday, not Monday. Virtually all other calendars begin the week on Sunday. The At-A-Glance arrangment has led to confusion and entry errors when working rapidly. In other respects this is a fine product.

Comments about At-A-Glance QuickNotes Weekly and Monthly Planner:

I love that the week starts with Monday and that Sunday is given as large of a time field as the rest. Most desk calendars only give you a half of the space for Sunday's. We are a church office and I use it every day, keeping track of church activities and ministers schedules, especially on Sundays.
