The Black replacement couldn't be recognized by our printer. Called the 800 number and the rep said he would get a replacement out immediately, no need to return the bad one. Installed the replacement, it prints very faintly. If I remove it and tilt it back and forth, it will print normally, but starts printing faintly again. Have to repeat the tilting process........very frustrating. Will be calling the 800 number again tomorrow. We have purchased replacements several times over the years and this is the first time we have experienced this problem.
