Background: Our printer maintenance person recommends using ink all from the same brand because each manufacturer uses a different chemical mixture for their toner that bonds to the paper at a different temperature. If you mix your toner brands, it can cause some toners not to bond to the paper correctly and a mess ensues. Product: I ordered from 4inkjets thinking that the cyan packages would look like the picture, therefore matching what's in my machine. However, one of the toner cartridges does not match. There's a two year warranty in case the toner doesn't work, but I am not going to introduce a different toner into my machine to test it because it will mix with the developer in the PCU and could cause problems. The boxes don't appear to have a brand name on them to check that it's from the same manufacturer. I chatted with customer care, but they didn't seem to understand the importance of consistency - they use a few different suppliers for the same order. So order from this company at your own risk.
