In their words, the awards \u201crecognize retailers that received outstanding online customer satisfaction scores in the past year as rated by millions of verified online buyers.\u201d The standards are fairly rigorous, assembled for more than 5000 websites using the data from over 27 million customer reviews from across the US and Canada.
