Normally, a high-yield cartridge will be a much better value as they usually produce twice the number of prints for just a few dollars more than standard yield cartridges. However, this does not necessarily mean that there will be a difference in the size of the cartridge.
Additionally, remanufactured or compatible ink cartridges that are considered standard yield will sometimes contain more ink than the printer brand cartridge.

Personal Check and Money Orders
If you would like to pay by personal check or with a money order please select the prepay by check option after you have added your items to the cart and are ready to checkout. This will allow you to place an order in our system and give you an invoice to print and order number to write on your check. Then, you mail your check to us and once we get it we will ship out the order you placed online. Please make all checks payable to LD Products and send to our headquarters at 3700 Cover St, Long Beach, CA 90808.
Order Tracking
These emails are automated, so the only reasons that you would not receive the email is that your email address was entered incorrectly or that the message is being caught by your email spam filter.
If the order was placed online you can log in to your account to retrieve your tracking number. For phone orders, you can either call our customer service line or check your shipment email.

In the contiguous United States, orders under $50 are charged a flat-rate of $4.95. Orders above $50 are free. Rates to Canada are based on weight and take longer to receive because of Customs inspections at the border.

Refund Policy, Questions & Answers
We do our best to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return a product, just let us know. Almost anything can be returned within a year and we back all of our LD brand cartridges with a Lifetime Guarantee. If you are considering returning your cartridge due to a cartridge error or printing issue, keep in mind troubleshooting can usually resolve your concern right away. Contact our customer service team and we'd be happy to walk you through the process!
If troubleshooting does not solve the problem we will let you know about your replacement options. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable, unless there has been a packing error.

When we receive your returned package, a credit will appear in your account with us within a few days. Typically, the card that we charged will be credited within 7-14 business days.

No, we do not charge a fee for returning our items.
We always refund to the original payment method. If you paid by check originally, you would receive a check, credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card, and Paypal payments will appear in your Paypal account.
No, unfortunately we don't offer any sort of store credit; all items returned will be refunded to the original source of payment. Exchanging items would require separate transactions. First, we would issue a refund, and then a brand new order can be created for the additional items.
