Product is great
I had tried substitutes in the past and had troubles. I think they were subs from Staples, which clogged up the printers ports. I was a little dubious when I first tried LD, but they worked great. This past order is my 2nd for my computer, and about a month ago, I ordered some for my wife's printer. When my other copier, a Canon, needs cartrigess I will order LD.

I have used LD ink for several years.
As, I mentioned, I have used LD Products ink and also photo paper for several years, and also in three different printers. I would have given the quality a five star instead of four, except for one single problem.
My brother MFC 490CW printer stopped printing in black only. I tried all that I knew to do, and used the cleaning operation approximately ten times. I did call Brother, who surprised me by offering a refurbished one with another two year warranty. I am not sure the LD Products ink was even a cause as I have had great success with it.

AWESOME!!
I use my Brother printer every day at a doctors office. Products get here in time and the quality is just as good as the Brother cartridges I used to buy in the store.

Great value
I have used this ink in my Brother MFC-6490CW for over two years. The print quality is excellent. The cost is significantly lower than buying the brand name ink. I have saved at least two hundred dollars in ink costs using LD ink products.

Huge capacity great price and service
Ditched my HP ink jet printer after spending way too much $$$ on INK. Brother inject printers and especially the HIGH CAPACITY BLACK ink from LD at great prices more than made up for the $200 cost of the printer. Separate color cartridges, awesome and LD great prices and quick delivery. Very satified with LD products.
