Needed a drum for a printer that is 15 months old
Ordered when it first indicated a replacement was needed and as usual, LD Products came thru with flying colors. Order reached me in a very short time and machine was not down at all.

Solved my printer problem at a reasonable price
I thought the laser printer drum was bad but not sure and did not want to invest $145 in a OEM Drum replacement not knowing for sure. It was worth the risk at $45 and the re-manufactured drum I got is working great.

Compatible Brother Drum
had poor print quality but LDProducts responded very quickly in order to get a replacement sent out to me, as well as a label to return ship the bad one back to me. overall, that helped.

Great Product.....
I love their products , great value , ive never had a problem with them and they are so much cheaper than the OEM. Its been 1 week since i put the drum in, but its been great.

Great Value/Fast Shipping
My MFC was telling me to replace the drum for a number of days before I had time to order. This was my first drum replacement.
I found it easy to install, but there were now directions for telling how to reset the drum count and having inherited this office, I have no owner's manual. Maybe that was because I tried putting it in BEFORE I actually read the directions. Anyway, I finally found a place that asked if I was putting in a new drum, so now this new drum is on the appropriate count.

This product is very good and the price excellent
After pricing this product at office depot, frys and best buy it is the best deal I found and the product is high quality. I recommend LD to anyone that is in the market for copy machine parts and toners.

Need further study
This is the second item I've purchased from you - the first being toner with no problems and excellent results. The Drum is a different story. My indicator light which stated the drum needs replacement still illuminates as if it still needs replacement. The print on paper is quality but the change light will not go off. I don't know if the drum is defective or what...
