I have been using LD ink for many years without any problems or unresolved issues. The ink quality is excellent. Over the years there have been some problems with cartridges not being recognized by my printer. LD made good on every issue, especially the last. Three inks were not recognized. I called LD and they shipped three replacements via USPS. USPS destroyed the shipment en route. I again called LD, advised them of the problem, and they reshipped a new order, all without any charge to me. Now, that is what I call customer service!!

This is the 3rd review I've tried to post here to warn people against the purchase of these ink cartridges for the their Canon Pro-10.

They leak, the ink is thin and cheap, it runs in big blots out of the print head and IT HAS DAMAGED MY PRINTER TO THE POINT I HAD TO TAKE IT IN FOR CLEAING AN SERVICE.

All that within 3 days of installing these cartridges.

Apparently LD Products does not allow NEGATIVE REVIEWS since they have not posted the previous 2.

I have even replied to their "Certified Purchaser" email.

Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY THESE CARTRIDGES. They are CHEAP in EVERY sense of the word and WILL damage your printer

Comments about Canon PGI-72 Compatible Ink Set of 10:

I have been using ink from LD for many years in Epson, Brother and Canon photo inkjet printers. The ink has always performed equal to OEM ink in color and appearance. The one time I had a problem with a cartridge, I returned it and LD quickly replaced it with a new one. No questions, no problems.

This is a follow-up to my initial review.

      D O N O T B U Y !!!!!

They leak all over the place, printing is a matter of cleaning up the BLOTS!

They have damaged my printer and I will have to take it to be cleaned and serviced.

Wish I had never been attracted to the low price.

BUY THE EXPENSIVE OEM from Canon. They end up being WAY CHEAPER to use.

Comments about Canon PGI-72 Compatible Ink Set of 10:

Was concerned that the printer might reject these cartridges, but it accepted them "ok" and printing seems good.

Only complaint: The catridges are SOOOO cheap and flimsy that it is impossible to get the protective cover off without dribbling ink every where. Following the instructions and heading the warning "Don't squeeze the ink cartridge too hard." I still got ink all over my desk and my hands. Apparently the definition of "too hard" is merely picking the cartridge up with enough finger pressure to not drop it.

Still, they are WAY cheaper than what Canon charges, so the mess it probably worth it. I am concerned that the ink is made as cheap as the cartridge and wonder how long my photographs will age or that it will foul the printer in some way.
