I have had trouble with several of these printer cartridges in that they still have ink in them, but they are showing in my printer as being empty & in order to print, I have to remove the half empty cartridges and replace it with a full cartridge. Do I have some recourse to get these cartridges exchanged? I have one right now that is about half full, but the printer shows it as being empty, so I have had to replace it with a full cartridge.

I've ordered these cartridges before with very good results. This particular one was slow to arrive - probably due to the Christmas rush. It took about 14 days to get here and froze in my mailbox (-5º) but seemed to work fine when it thawed out. Quicker shipping would be much appreciated.
