Consistently great quality at a very competivive p
I have a Canon 3240. I have used this LD-X25 cartridge, exclusively, for several years. I have been very pleased with the quality and performance of the cartridges.
Once or twice, I have received a cartridge which fails out of the box. Ld Products has always immediately responded with a replacement, with postage paid for both replacement and for return.
Count me as a happy, satisfied customer. Good work LD Producta

Toner cartridge caused printer paper jam.
Printer paper jam traced back to the LD products LD-X25 toner cartridge. Black tape on the underside of the drum cover began peeling off thus catching the copy paper on one side jamming the copier. Expiration date of toner was :09-2013. It is in warranty period. Only 100 copies, during one month resulted in this problem. Copies before jam are of excellent quality.

packing issue
This is a replacement for OEM toner. OEM instructions advise strongly to handle carefully in installing, shaking in only one direction, avoiding tipping, etc. This replacement toner is shipped in a crate without handling instructions, not even a this side up. When I use the toner, it prints perfectly, but I get toner on every page edge, which is not ideal. Something is massing on the edge of the printer drum. It didn't happen at all with the OEM toner, and this is the only replacement toner that I have used. I can't afford to have the printer serviced, and the problem has persisted. Since the printing itself is fine, and the inappropriate toner edging is a minor annoyance, I have continued to use this toner for its affordability. At this point, to solve my problem the printer would have to be serviced for any toner. However, the effect rules out demanding uses.

As expected
Came packed well. Nice boxes. A quality product at a reasonable price. Hopeing for many quality copies. I like to keep an extra in reserve and LD's pricing allows me to do it.

X25 LASER TONER CARTRIDGE
I have been ordering these cartridges from LD for more than two years. I do a lot of printing and purchase 6 to 8 cartridges a year. I have been very satisfied. Only a couple of issues in all this time but LD resolved and replaced quickly and without hassle.

Defective
What I can do. I am a client of you from two years ago. Very often, we buy the cartridges, keep them until needed. When installed we often go bad. We have never made any claim, but from now on, we will.
This cartridge is the last one we bought for this machine, We changed it today but is .Defective, now urgently we have to get another. How I can do to return it and get my money back?
