Good Customer Service
I ordered Epson ink (which my old printer used) instead of the correct ink for my new printer, but I didn't realize it, so I couldn't figure out what number to order and just how to return the other ink. Your Customer Service rep helped me through my confusion and gave me other useful info about using one of your refill kits.
This is not the first time I have had to call you. Right after I made this (incorrect) order and before it was delivered, I got a discount offer by email. When I called about it, the customer rep graciously gave me the discount.
Thank you for such good service. Why would anyone bother to buy ink in a retail store when it is so easy to do on-line?

Have not tried my ink yet but is good value
I have not tried this batch of ink yet in my Epson printer. I have had good luck with the lack ink cartridges that I got from LD previously. I got free shipping and 10% off so I ordered 6.

Worked great for me
I had heard horror stories about buying cartridges over the internet.
But the prices at my local office supply stores were OUTRAGEOUS so I said what do I have to lose. It shipped quickly, worked right off the bat, seems to be lasting as long as the original Epson cartridges. I will undoubtedly order from LD products again.
