Have been ordering this product for years. I've had only one cartridge failure out of too many to count. The savings have been wonderful.

The cartridge I got was defective and I called and they sent me a new replacement within 2 days..GREAT warranty..very helpful I have been using this company for years and have had great luck with there products

Remanufactured products
I have discovered that the re-manufactured ink is very inconsistent from cartridge to cartridge. All five cartridges were put in at the same time. The Cyan was empty way before the others. Now the Light Magenta, which was 3/4 full when I ordered the Cyan is now empty. The black is also very low which I just put in.
The thing of it is we don't use our printer that much for it to be using that much ink. We were even gone for a week during this period. It is used just for pleasure (no photos)
So I am not saving any money by ordered the remanufactured ink. I am having to change to the Epson ink.
