this cartridge was for my fax machine. I ordered the cartridge on the 22nd of March and received it on the 23rd. I couldn't be more pleased.

cartridge is just as good as a new one!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used my printer as soon as I got the ink and was very pleased with the ink. It was just as good as a new cartridge

Great ink at a great price.
I had no problems using the ink in my printer. And the price is better then HP's.

DID NOT PERFORM AS DESIGNED
THE PRODUCT WAS PACKAGED AND LOOKED AS NEW. HOWEVER ,WHEN INSTALLED ,WOULD NOT PUT INK ON PAPER. I DID ALL I COULD WITH THE MACHINE TO ELEVIATE ANY PROBLEM THERE. TAPE WAS REMOVED FROM CARTRIDGE BUT STILL ONLY A SMATTERING OF INK WAS ON PAPER. YOUR PEOPLE WERE GOOD IN SENDING ANOTHER CARTRIDGE AND I RETURNED THE BAD ONE. THE NEW ONE SEEMS TO BE FUCTIONING OK. WE WILL SEE HOW IT PERFORMS AS WE PRINT.HOPEFULLY IT IS ONLY A FAULTLY ITEM AND OTHERS DO NOT FAIL.I HAVE OTHER CARTRIDGES FOR THE PRINTER FROM YOU,BUT AS YET HAVE NOT INSTALLED THEM.
