tired of cartridges that refuse to be used up completely, as is the case with this one ~ there's always ink sloshing around in the container when it stops working

I really like the quality, value, and delivery time of this product. I used the ink to print worksheets for students, card and certificates for students, parents, freinds, family, and co-workers. They love the personalized cards. I also use the ink to make invitation.

These do not always work. It is very frustrating to put in a "new" cartridge and have it not perform.

Great when its new.
Great when its new, but quality fades quickly. May be more of the HP printer fault for designing it with small capacity cartridges.

Great value for money.
The service is fast. The customer service extraordinary. The value excellent. REMEMBER, this is economy ink. Wear latex gloves and take the tab off over the trash can. With these precautions you can get CLEAN away!

The first order was defective, I called and the very next day I had a replacement cartreidge and a prepaid envelope to return the bad one. The Customer Serivce person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. No hastle at all. Excellent customer serivce!

Could not get product to work.
Had to shut down printer several times, reinserting cartartidge and then it finally worked. For how long remains to be seen.

Can't get the cartidge in
I am having problems puttin in the cartridge. If I cannt get this accomplished, I will be sending the order back for a total refund.
