I bought 3 cartrages all were fine the only complant was that the package was in bad shape the boxes were mutelated but the ink cartrages were still sealed and in good shape

Cartridges last about the same as new ones.
Cartridges are a lot more reasonable price and do a fine printing job. They arrive quickly and in good condition.

It seems ok, but not as good as last purchase. After installing this color inkjet, my black doesn't work as well, so have to figure something out I guess. I will call if can't get it right. Thanks.

product came with an empty ink case
product came in on time. product had a fair price. product had an empty ink case. I had a fill kit, put some in and the product worked fine. I ordered another one to see if this was just an isolated problem. Did not use the new one yet

We are very happy with the product.
This was my first order from your site. We ordered Remanufactured Ink. One of the packs had a leak of ink in to the sealed bag. I called and was pleased to hear a replacement would be coming quickly in the mail with a return, postage paid, mailer for the defective pack. All went as advertised. Thanks

The price was very affordable
When opening the first of two black cartridges to intall in the printer, it was leaking before I even removed the protective plate. The ink was difficult to remove from my hands. It is printing Ok but I am not sure how long it will last. Hopefully the second black cartridge will not be the same.

50/70 black ink
I was surprised to see no tape in bottom of cartridge and ink leaking in sealed bag.had to use it because my old one was empty.
