I bought five of these compatible toner cartridges in November 2012. Two of the five (so far) are defective that resulted in error code that gave the service repair person the impression that the board was fried. He checked and informed me (after $95.00 of service fees later) that the problem arose from defective chip on the cartridge from LD Products. not from the fried board. Put in another new cartridge and continues to work as usual.
I have to admit that the previous orders of compatible cartridges were trouble free. The possible reason could be a bad batch.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT. NO PROBLEMS WITH IT.

Most Economical Toner
I purchased the OKI B410d as it is the best value in monochrome laser printing. This toner cartridge definitely meets the page output and quality of the OKI version at a third of the price. For my needs this has been perfect.
