This is first time purchsing this prodect.
So far so good. Installation no problem. Faxes sent and received no problems . Ink performance good. Once finish I can give adquate feed back. Price supper savings from what I have previously paid from other retailers.. Thanks.

Frustrating
I attempted to load this into my Panasonic fax machine. I had to cram it in to get it to fit. I actually compared the roll to the one I had just taken out and it is actually about a 1/8 inch longer than the used one. When I went to make copies, the paper kept jamming as the roll wasn't turning. The only way I could get the thing to work was to raise it up slightly on one side. Therefore it is lopsided in the fax machine and who knows how long it will work that way, but I needed copies ASAP.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend.

Am very pleased
Received the product very quickly. Installed very easily. Have used it minimally since the new ribbon was installed so I can only rate it after using it for this short time. Thus far it works well. Would definitly buy again.

A Fine Alternative
This is a fine alternative to the higher cost brand name replacement. It renders the very same result as the original replacement.
It is a good way to save some money.

Always dependable
This is the third time I have refilled this order for 4 of these fax rolls. When I made my first purchase, I was suspicious about the quality of these rolls at such a reasonable price. The high quality of this product very soon resolved my fears. These rolls have operated flawlessly for me and my fax machine is still working. I will continue to order them as needed because of the great results an good service that I have had from LD.
