50% cheaper than Samsung OEM
The cost of the Samsung OEM at Office Depot is double the price of this compartible toner from LD Products. This is the second toner I had ordered, both worked without any problems. I will continue to buy this product from LD Products.

today 3/7/13,received my 2nd compatible black laser toner cartridge.
it replaces samsung mlt-D104s for use in my Ml-1665. it is just like the one I returned by UPS.The printer prints out black,dark words and are hard to make out.

Good Product but ---
The product when properly manufactured is as good as the Samsung product it is designed to replace and equal in all respects. The problem as I see it is that the Quality Control Program needs improvement. The new shipment is compatible as advertized. However the first one I received was defective and just printed solid black sheets. When I called customer service I was quickly sent a replacement which I received a week later (I live in Michigan) at no charge with a free UPS return label for the defective unit. As I have said above, the replacement works fine. Just allow a little extra time if you are counting on this product, and temporarily swap the unit received with a known good cartridge to verify the one received will work as desired.

Did not fit my Samsung ML-1665
It was promoted as compatible with my Samsung ML-1665 but it was not, no matter how many different things I tried. The system kept saying cartridge not compatible. I had to return it to LD Products which turned out to be a very pleasant experience. My account was credited within days of the item being returned, no hassles at all. For that reason alone I will shop here again.

The toner was not compatible with the printer, but customer service was very helpful in resolving the issue.
