Disappointing
Colors are dull, no comparison to manufacturer cartridges .

Not the same
I bought this toner and it is a different size and shape than the original, making it so the door is very hard to close. The color too is not that good. Next time I buy I'll just stick to the OEM. Despite their warranty that they're the same, they're not.

Non Compatible
I have purche\ased from LD for about 3 years - never had a problem with HP ink cartridges (oh maybe 1 in 29 didn't work - no big deal).
But this is the first time I have purchased Samsung toner cartridges and of the four I purchased, ALL were non-compatible and then when you replaced 2 of them, they were ALSO non-compatible!!!!
I don't know if you just haven't worked out your "kinks" on these - but did not work for me - had to purchase authentic Samsung cartridges in order for my laser printer to work!
A lot of time wasted -should have purchased original in first place!
