Good experience
I purchased three color cartridges. One cartridge was leaking. I called
to LD customer support. Within 1.5 minutes the issue was settled.
Several days later, a replacement cartridge arrived with a prepared UPS label
for shippment of the defective one. The replacement cartridge was just fine.
I re-calibrated the printer and tweaked the ppd-file:
DefaultBRBrightness: -18
DefaultBRSaturation: 10
(this can be done with GUI). As a results, printer quality for photos became
much better than with the original Brother cartridges. For four months I have
no problems. When the cartridge will run out (hopefully, not soon!),
I will definitely buy replacement from LD.

Leaked w/big drip marks on pages ruining photos.
We thought there was something wrong w/our printer at first. Later we discovered other people were having the same problem. We quit using the color feature and strictly used only the black for our text items. While looking to buy an affordable replacement we discovered all the negative comments about replacement cartridges that leaked. We will clean all the magenta toner out of it and try an OEM cartridge. We quit ordering from this company although our black ones have worked fine. We feel they should not have been selling something of such inferior quality w/o disclosure.

This item LEAKS toner -- must constantly clean rollers due to toner leaking out. No problem with other colors. This has happened on 2 occassions

Totally awesome!
If you need ink products i would suggest LD Products. They arte reasonably priced, and I count on the ink quality.

Not recommend
I have replaced the cartridge 3-4 times and everyone has leaked in my machine. Magenta shows up along every color copy I make along side the margin. The inside of my printer is a mess. I have scratched my drum trying to clean up the mess. The drum is ruined!!! Tired of sending them back. Looks like OEM.

One of four these and all work!
Less than half the price of an OEM cartridge and every bit as good.
I have the black, cyan, yellow and red cartridges and they just work.

Leaks Everywhere
This cartridge leaks everywhere. I have been buying toner from LD Products for the last year and this is the first time I have had a problem with any of the products. It's still $48 out the window. Will order one more time...could be just a bad unit.

I bought 5 ink cartridges.Magenta leaked into the copier & stained the paper.I called the customer service & they promptly replaced it.The replacement arrived 4 days later & that leaked too.We opened the black cartridge & that leaked all over the paper.A second black cartridge leaked too.We did not want to risk messing up our all-in- one copier & wasting our paper so we returned everything.Hopefully we would not have to fight for a refund.
