We had problems with all 3 colors of toner
The price was great, we thought, for a compatible laser toner to the Brother TN315/ colors. All 3 leaked, we returned 2 and so far the replacements have been good. The yellow came leaking in the package it arrived in, then the magenta leaked in the printer, streaked all my prints until we got it out. We had powder all over the printer and it was a mess. Now Cyan is leaving streaks on my prints. We returned the first 2. No questions asked and they sent a label for free return shipment of the broken Toner. Still, we were without our printer while we waited. The price was very good but I think I will pay double (full price of originals) to get the real deal next time.
The company is very nice to work with but the product isn't so great.

Good and reasonable cost
This toner does the job. It is a muted color though. Needs to be more vibrant, please.

Save your money
I thought that this would be a good buy considering how cheap they are compared to OEM toner. But, they made a mess of my brand new printer. I'm so disgusted with how it ruined the machine. Yes they warrant the product, and sent me a replacement, but it doesn't do anything to fix my printer. I cleaned it several times and even tried ordering a new drum unit (even though I only have used about 1/4 of it's life). That didn't help either. I can't even use it any more. I never had a problem with the OEM toner. DON'T BUY THIS STUFF!!!

Poor quality printing
I've ordered these cartridges twice now. First time they didn't seem to last very long, this time the pink and blue are both leaking, leaving colored streaks along the sides of the print job. After removing the cartridges and cleaning the mess with a vacuum and wiping the drum clean, it prints good again for about 50 sheets then starts again. Factory cartridges are very expensive and I was trying to cut costs. In this case I got less than what I paid for. Not worth the trouble. My next purchase will be factory cartridges again.

Leaky Magenta cartridge
The first Magenta cartridge I ordered leaked all over the drum and pages. However, LD Products replaced it immediately and it's fine now. I'm very pleased with superior customer service provided by LD Products.
