Right price, good ink -- when caratridge works.
With every order of several cartridges I have received in past year, at least one of them does not work, because my printer will not recognize it. LD always courteously replaces it at no charge, but it causes serious inconvenience, as Epson printers with multiple cartridges for different colors will not print if one of the cartridges does not work. So my printer is out of commission for a few days until a replacement arrives in the mail.

Use LD Products for all my printer ink needs, in 10 yrs as a customer I've had 1 problem with an ink cartridge not fitting in my former printer, called the company up - it was replaced with no further problems after that !

Not genuine ink
My Epsom Printer rejected this cartridge with the message..."not genuine ink."

Use only for text
Worked fine until I put in glossy photo paper and tried to print a brochure page with photos. the photos were blurred and blotchy aka horrible.
