Leaked
This cartridge leaked inside my printer and made a real mess. This is the first I have had a malfunction and it was outside the one-year warrantee. I will continue to use your products as they are generally reliable and a good value.

Better Luck This Time ?
My last cartridge developed a leak. It made a mess inside of my copier. Unfortunately, it was out of the 1 year warranty so I have to absorb the loss on this one. I have just inserted a new one. So far so good.

Great Products, Prices and Customer Service
I've been using LD Toners and Ink remanufactured for a HP 3600, Epson CX3810, and now for a HP CP2025... for about 4 years - Of maybe 50+ cartridges, I only had one yellow toner fail (streaked the paper), and a quick eMail to customer service, and they sent me a new replacement. I didn't even need to send the old one back. Thanks guys for great service, products, and prices.

100% Failure rate
Every re-manufactured colors toner cartridge I've ordered from LD Products has failed well before it runs out of toner. in addition, the cartridges fail 100% of the time after the guarantees expires. At least they are consistent! Great prices, but not worth the aggravation.

Most of the times the product is good, but sometimes there is leakage of colors on the printed pages.

We have now used four different LD cartridges for our hp CP2025 printer, and have found that they are excellent quality at a terrific price. Everything that was promised has proven to be true.

very satisfied
I have used many cartriges from LD with much sucess and good value
I recently had 2 cartriges with problems out of twenty or more but they were replaced very easily.
