Great price & prompt delivery
My major complaint is that every time a cartridge is changed, manage to get ink on my fingers. Never had that problem with original HP cartridges. Once the tape is removed from the breather hole in the reservoir, don't tip it. If you do, you'll allow some ink to spill out and make a mess. Once in the printer, seems to work as good as the high priced ones.

Love having the refills already here when they run out. Nothing is more frustrating than being in the middle of a project and the ink runs out!!

Great Value for every day needs
I'm very happy with the quality of the cartridges and the fact that I was able to purchase in bulk. It makes life a little bit easier not running out for toner refills at the last minute!!

The order was dry and wood not work
Although the orders in the past have been good current order was poor only 4 of the carteiges worked, The others were dry and no flow.

Generally great bang for the $, esp when on sale!
We find your products to be a really amazing value as compared to the exorbitant prices of similar ink in those so-called Discount Big-Box Office Supply Brick & Mortar Chain Stores. The real bargains come during your sales & when you offer quantity discounts.
The quality overall is generally high; however, there have been rare malfunctions among the literally scores of cartridges I have purchased from you. This would be true even among factory originals costing 3-4 times as much.
Keep up the good work . . . Keep down the prices!

excellent ink replacement
These cartridges are an excellent replacement. Have used them for years, not just the 564XL, but had used the 02 series with my old printer. All have worked very well and I highly recommend them. Why buy name brand when these work just as well.
