Compared to retail office suppy stores LD products are much less expensive and have better quality

I was very surprised when the order came so fast and also the quality on the print, once it was inserted in the printer.
The cost of the 7 cartridges was slightly below what I was paying for 2. I really had considered buying one of those new printers where the cartridges cost a small amount, but my printer does everything and there is nothing wrong with it.
I got your information from a good friend and it is truly appreciated.

The ink is fuzzy when printing.
There should be a return envelope for the old cartridge.

Great custormer service
I had bought 3 cartridges however, my printer broke and I was unable to use 2 cartridges. I bought a new printer that the cartridges did not fit. I contacted the company and they were more then helpful in allowing me to return the 2 cartridges for a refund. I will definitely buy cartridges for my new printer from this company when I need them.
