Cartri=dge was defective
I received this cartridge and installed it only to notice residue on the paper. I opened the door to the toner and noticed that the toner had leaked everywhere. I called and explained the problem and a new cartridge was sent out immediately. I have been buying toner from LD Products for over three years and the concern I have is that over the past 6 months it seems like every delivery I receive has at least 1 cartridge that has to be returned because it is defective. The defective cartridge is always quickly replaced but the fact that the quality control seems to be slipping has me concerned.

Good product at an excellent Price
LD sent the the printer replacement cartridges and they worked great. Excellent value even after paying a bit more for expedited shipping.

Marvelous product, price and delivery
At first I delayed in purchasing this product...always a 'buy brand' person. However, the costs of these products are so expensive, that I decided to try these...when I read that they did not hurt our Warranty. I am amazed at the quality of this product. I do not plan to ever shop for toner anywhere else. This goes for all 4 colors that I ordered

Saved me money
These cartridges would have cost me 300-400 if bought some place else like at Staples. They were over 100 per cartridge there. At LD Products, I paid half that price. I have never had a problem with the cartridges leaking and the quality of print is good.

Great Value. Subpar Quality
As a company, we use at least 20 toners a month. We only use Brother printers and buy toner exclusively from LD Products.
For our Black and White Laser Printers, these toners (along with drums) are great in both value & quality. I recommend them to anyone that asks (and even those who don't).
We recently purchased a color laser to print flyers for our stores as well as price cards, business cards, etc. We have found the picture quality to be worse with the LD Prodcuts toner. It is very noticeable. The color is faded and not as smooth. If high picture quality and color depth is not a concern, then these are great, but for us, using them for customer displays, may not be the best option. Only problem is it hard to argue with the value part and go back to OEM toners.

always good quality
Have been ordering from LD Products for a couple of years, and I have always been satisfied with my purchases. I had one problem and the resolve was quick and easy. Customer service was exactly that---customer Service---enough said......

Excellent Product
I have literally bought hundreds of inkjet cartridges from LD Products with 100% satisfaction. The Laser cartridges are no exception to value and satisfaction. This is the third set I have purchased and as always no problem.
