Brother Remanufactured TN115Y HY Yellow Toner
I tried several brands of aftermarket toner and this is just as good as the OEM toner at a fraction of the cost. Great color and depth!

Excellent Product for a great price
I had been searching everywhere locally to find this product for an affordable price but no other company had it. I have a non-profit organization that uses this product and the funding is very limited for supplies. LD, you are a life saver. Thanks for providing this great product for a great price.

On time and reliable.
I have used LD Products for over 5 years and have always been impressed with their product. Every now and then I will get a bad cartridge, but it has always been replaced quickly and with no questions asked.

Defective; spilled toner
The magenta cartridge I ordered arrived promptly, but appeared to be leaking. I dusted it off, thinking it was perhaps due to some rough shipping. Mistake.
Once I installed it, the cartridge continued to lose toner, which then fouled the roller and got all about the interior of the machine. Big pain to clean.
LD promptly transshipped a replacement, which isn't leaking.
Perhaps they should inspect these before they are sent. Quality control seems a bit off.

I purchased three color cartridges. One cartridge was leaking. I called
to LD customer support. Within 1.5 minutes the issue was settled.
Several days later, a replacement cartridge arrived with a prepared UPS label
for shippment of the defective one. The replacement cartridge was just fine.
I re-calibrated the printer and tweaked the ppd-file:
(this can be done with GUI). As a results, printer quality for photos became
much better than with the original Brother cartridges. For four months I have
no problems. When the cartridge will run out (hopefully, not soon!),
I will definitely buy replacement from LD.

Cartri=dge was defective
I received this cartridge and installed it only to notice residue on the paper. I opened the door to the toner and noticed that the toner had leaked everywhere. I called and explained the problem and a new cartridge was sent out immediately. I have been buying toner from LD Products for over three years and the concern I have is that over the past 6 months it seems like every delivery I receive has at least 1 cartridge that has to be returned because it is defective. The defective cartridge is always quickly replaced but the fact that the quality control seems to be slipping has me concerned.

Leaked w/big drip marks on pages ruining photos.
We thought there was something wrong w/our printer at first. Later we discovered other people were having the same problem. We quit using the color feature and strictly used only the black for our text items. While looking to buy an affordable replacement we discovered all the negative comments about replacement cartridges that leaked. We will clean all the magenta toner out of it and try an OEM cartridge. We quit ordering from this company although our black ones have worked fine. We feel they should not have been selling something of such inferior quality w/o disclosure.

You get what you pay for.
I have purchased from LD 2 different times in the past few years. Price is definitly attractive. However both times at least 1 toner cartridge would not work when installed in the printer. Although LD was quick to send out a replacement and stands behind their product, a DOA toner cartridge with 2 different orders is unexceptable in my opinion. When you have a deadline to meet and can't print your reports, price suddenly becomes less important
