The quality is just like the OEM from HP.
I have no complaints. No problems with the ink and the price and quality are the same as the OEM from HP. And, their free, very fast delivery is the best every. Thanks LD. ljlane52

Good for a while
This ink worked fine for a while, but then stopped. The printer showed it was full, but the computer had a message to replace it. Couldn't get the computer to recognize the ink. LD was great about sending a replacement and postage paid envelope quickly. The customer service rep. was friendly and helpful.

The cartridges are an exact replacemant.
I have never had a problem with these replacement ink cartridges. My printer does not get clogged jets and the color seems to be true. Shipping is very quick and it saves me a trip to the store. It is also half the cost at the store.
